The following terms and conditions govern the offer and sale of products on our website ("adorares.com") (together with the documents referred to below, including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use). Please read these terms carefully before ordering any product: By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The products purchased on adorares.com are sold directly by Adorares OG ("Adorares") (hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "We" or "Us"). ADORRES has its registered office at Badhausgasse 18-20/15, 1070 Vienna.

1. Our business policy

1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on adorares.com and its e-commerce services are available exclusively to its end customers, i.e. "Consumers".

1.2 "Consumer" means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession. If you are not a consumer, please do not purchase any products on adorares.com.

1.3 The Seller reserves the right not to process orders from users who are not "consumers" and any other orders that do not comply with the Seller's commercial policy.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions (together with the documents referred to herein) govern the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders for Products on adorares.com between the Users of adorares.com and the Seller.

1.5 The Terms and Conditions do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties that can be found via links, banners or other hypertext links on adorares.com. We recommend that you check the third party's terms and conditions before placing orders and purchasing products and services from these third parties, as under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for the provision of services by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between adorares.com users and third parties.

2.How to conclude a contract with the Seller

2.1 To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on adorares.com, you must place the product(s) in the shopping cart, select and confirm the online order form and your payment method.

2.2 You will receive an order confirmation to your previously provided e-mail address upon successful completion. An order is deemed to have been accepted when the seller receives your order form electronically and the correctness of the order data has been checked.

2.3 The order form contains information about the main features of each product ordered and the corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the payment method you may use for the purchase of each product, the shipping terms for the products purchased and the shipping and delivery costs.

2.4 The order form will be stored in our database for the period necessary to process your order and as required by law. Once registered, you can access your order form by clicking on the "My Account" section.

2.5 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any input errors.

2.6 Contracts with the Provider are concluded in German.

2.7 After submitting your order form, the Vendor will process your order.

2.8 The Vendor cannot process purchases if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are no longer available. In these cases, the seller will inform you within 14 days that no contract has been concluded. If an order has been received and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, the seller will refund the amount paid for these items.

2.9 By submitting an order form, you enter into a contract with the seller. In doing so, you unconditionally accept the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree with individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, please do not make a purchase on adorares.com.

2.10 By submitting an order form, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions contained on adorares.com.

2.11 After submitting an order form, the Seller will send you an order confirmation email containing a summary of the information related to the order form (main characteristics of the products, detailed information about the price, payment terms and shipping costs).

3 Guarantees and product prices

3.1 On adorares.com we only offer products from selected artisans.

3.2 The seller does not sell used and defective products, or those of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

3.3 The main characteristics of the products are displayed on adorares.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on adorares.com may not exactly match the real products in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used. Also, each product is unique and handmade and may vary slightly in size and shape.

3.4 Prices are subject to change and in such cases will be updated on our website. In the event of obvious errors, the purchase can be canceled within 14 days of sending the order form. If the price for the items has been paid and the purchase contract is not concluded, the seller will refund the amount paid for these items. Please check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form.

3.5 Orders placed from a country other than the country to which you are shipping or to addresses to which the seller cannot deliver will be automatically canceled.

3.6 All products sold by adorares.com are delivered properly packaged by the producers. If you wish to return the goods, we ask you to keep the original packaging in order to save you additional costs for the professional return shipment. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must ensure that you pack the goods properly.

As a consumer (as defined in section 1.2 above), you are entitled to various statutory guarantees, including the guarantee that the products supplied to you comply with your contract with us. In particular, if a Product sold by the Seller has manufacturing defects or in the event of an alleged lack of conformity of the Products sold by the Seller, you must immediately contact our customer service by email: service@adorares.com

3.7 If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the carrier delivering the items. However, failure to make this complaint will have no consequences for your legal claims. Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. We grant a two-year warranty from the date of invoice and ensure that your warranty claims are met and that you receive careful service. Even after the warranty period has expired, we will be happy to assist you with the procurement of spare parts or repairs.

3.8 If you wish to have the product repaired or replaced due to a lack of conformity within the meaning of this section 3, the cost of returning the product to be repaired or replaced shall be borne by the seller. Please contact our Customer Service at service@adorares.com before returning a defective product.

3.9 The procedure to be followed by you for returning the product to be repaired or replaced is the same as in point 7, except for the different time limits that may be provided for in this section.

4 Payments

4.1 Payment of the Product prices and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs must be made by one of the methods indicated on the order form.

4.2 When paying by credit/debit card, all data (e.g. card number or expiration date) is transmitted to Adorares' bank via an encrypted protocol, without third parties having access to it in any way. This data will not be used by the seller unless it is used to process the purchase transaction or for reimbursement in the event of a return in exercise of the right of return or the police report of a case of fraud. The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding costs for shipping and delivery, as specified in the order form, will be charged to your current account when you place the order (button: "Order with costs").

5 Shipping and delivery of the products

5.1 The purchased products will be delivered to the address (delivery address) specified by you in the order. The country-specific VAT is also based on this.

5.2 In the case of payment by bank transfer, delivery will be made as soon as the transfer has been received by the seller and the money has been released.

5.3 For each order, the seller will send you an invoice by e-mail for the products purchased in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The invoice is based on the information you provided at the time of the order. No changes are possible once the invoice has been issued.

5.4 Shipping costs are your responsibility and will be shown separately on the order form and invoice unless otherwise stated.

5.5 Currently Adorares does not offer delivery outside the European Union. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties. If you are interested in delivery outside the European Union, please contact our Customer Service at service@adorares.com.

5.6 The purchased product will be delivered by a courier service selected by the seller.

5.7 At the time of delivery of the Purchased Products by the courier, you (or your nominated representative) must verify:

(i) that the number of items delivered matches the details on the delivery bill; and

(ii) that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way.

5.8 Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or discrepancies in the quantity or documentation must be immediately noted in writing on the courier's delivery bill. Once the courier's document is signed and you have not raised any objections, you cannot raise any objections to the external characteristics of the package delivered.

7 Consumer rights and cooling-off period

7.1 All products on adorares.com are handmade for you after receipt of your order. They are therefore unique and the seller is not obliged to take them back. If you have purchased the unique items via adorares.com, you can still return them within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day on which you received the products. To do so, please contact the Customer Service at service@adorares.com.

7.2 You must return the goods to the Seller at your own expense in the same condition in which you received them within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you notify the Seller of the withdrawal. You are required by law to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may sue you for damages.

7.3 Returning the Products:

You should notify us in writing via service@adorares.com within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day you received the Products (or if you purchased multiple Products, the day you received the last Product). You should keep your notice of withdrawal.

- the products must not have been used or damaged

- the products must be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the products;

- the Products must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract.

If you withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days referred to in point 7, we will make the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned products. The seller will refund you the full price of the product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, provided that the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part or that the item is faulty or defective. You will be liable for any diminished value of the returned products resulting from the handling of the products. If any depreciation is found on the item that is not necessary to establish the characteristics, functions or nature of the products, the seller may deduct this from the refund due to you. Apart from the points mentioned herein, you will not incur any further costs as a result of your request for a refund.

7.5 You may return the Products to the Seller by securely packing the relevant Products and sending them to the Seller at your own risk and expense. For your protection, we recommend that you use a courier service that offers insurance.

7.6 The right of withdrawal set out in this clause 7 does not apply to: (a) sealed products that have been unsealed by you after delivery if the return of such products is unsuitable for reasons of health protection or hygiene; (b) products containing sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the product has been unsealed after delivery; (c) products that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalized; or (d) products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

7.7 Many of the items sold on www.adorares.com are custom made to your order. The seller generally accepts returns on many in-stock items, with the exception of sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on the following items, exceptions are noted on each product page. For example, the following items are considered final sale items:

10 Applicable law and jurisdiction

10.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

10.2 All disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the competent court of the consumer's domicile or place of residence.

11 Amendments and updates

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended due to new laws and regulations or for other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions will enter into force on the date of publication on adorares.com and will therefore apply to orders placed after this date.
