Returns & Refund
At adorares.com, we only offer products from selected artisans that are made especially for you in European workshops. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund the price of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been specially made for you. You can return the goods in their original packaging using a courier service of your choice.
Once the products have been received by us and confirmed to be in the same condition as they were originally sent, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
